Cancellation policy

Once you book an appointment with C.W. Wood Plumbing, we reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you.

If you cancel less than 8 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of $90 may apply. This also includes appointments where our technicians cannot access the property, are turned away, or the client is a no-show.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give at least 8 hours' notice.

Cancel or reschedule by calling (904) 744-6604. If no one answers, leave a message with your name, address, and phone number so we can cancel it for you.
